Puszta-style sausage goulash

Ingredients

  • 500 g French beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 1 red and yellow pepper
  • 3 Onions
  • 400 g Debreczin sausages
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rose peppers
  • 1/2 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 50 g Schmand
  • some stem(s) Parsley

Directions

    Wash, clean and break the beans into pieces. Cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Peel and wash potatoes and cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Quarter peppers, clean, wash and cut into pieces.

    Peel onions and cut them into rings. Cut the sausage into thick slices. Heat oil in a pan. Brown the sausage in it. Add paprika and onions and fry briefly. Stir in tomato paste, season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.

    Deglaze with stock, bring to the boil. Drain the beans and add to the sausage pan. Simmer everything for about 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop, except for something to garnish.

    Drain the potatoes and sprinkle with parsley. Arrange potatoes and sausage pan. Garnish with parsley.
