Salami sandwich with cucumber and horseradish cream cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/2 TEASPOON (4 g) hot horseradish
  • 25 g Cream cheese with buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Skimmed milk (0,3 % fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 40 g Cucumber
  • 2 leaves (approx. 20 g) Picking salad
  • 2 discs (30 g each) Wholemeal toast bread
  • 40 g Salami (19 % fat)

Directions

    Mix horseradish, cream cheese and milk. Season with salt. Wash the cucumber, grate dry and cut into slices. Wash salad and shake dry. Spread each slice of toast with half of the cream cheese mixture.

    Cover with 1 lettuce leaf, cucumber slices and salami. Fold the slices of toast and cut in half diagonally. Serve with multivitamin juice.
