Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry 2 portions of Leberkäse for about 5 minutes each while turning. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Clean, wash and shake the salad dry.
Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop. Cut the rolls in half. Spread 1/2 tsp. mustard on each half. Cover the lower halves of the rolls one after the other with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 slice of meat loaf, 2 slices of tomato and sauerkraut.
Sprinkle with parsley and finish the remaining halves of the roll.
