Cut the apricots crosswise, pour boiling water over them and rinse with cold water. Peel the skin, cut the apricots in half and remove the stone. Wash the grapes, drain well and cut in half
Wash, drain and clean the strawberries briefly. Cut the strawberries into slices. Quarter the apple, cut out the core and cut the quarters into fine slices
Peel and slice the kiwis and bananas. Squeeze lemon (approx. 4 tbsp.), mix with sugar and add the fruits. Coarsely chop the walnuts. Arrange fruit salad on plates and sprinkle with walnuts
