Salami and cheese panini

Ingredients

  • 150 g Rocket
  • 1-2 Tomatoes
  • 4 discs ComtĂ© (or raclette)
  • 4 Sandwich toast bags
  • 4 TSP Salad cream
  • 8 discs Baguette Salami

Directions

    Clean and wash the rocket. Put some rocket aside for garnishing. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Cut cheese slices in half crosswise. Cut toast pockets in half horizontally. Spread one half with a teaspoon of salad cream on each and cover with rocket.

    Place 2 slices each of salami, cheese and tomato on top. Cover with the other half of bread and grill in the sandwich grill/ toaster for 3-5 minutes. Halve the panini and garnish with rocket.
