  • 50 g Spelt meal (in a health food shop)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Walnut kernels
  • 1 TEASPOON Agave syrup
  • 100 g frozen raspberries
  • 100 g Natural yoghurt

Directions

    Bring the spelt meal to the boil with 150 ml water in a pot and simmer for about 10 minutes. Chop walnut kernels. Add agave syrup, frozen raspberries and natural yoghurt to the warm spelt mash and mix.
