Ingredients

  • 400 g Mushrooms
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 400 g Iceberg lettuce
  • 4 small red onions
  • 3 TABLESPOONS vinegar, salt, pepper
  • 3 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 120 g Corn grains (tin)
  • 3 TSP Hazelnut leaves
  • 12 (30 g) Pumpernickel Thaler
  • 3 tsp (5 g) Half-fat butter

    Clean, wash and chop the mushrooms and vegetables. Peel onions and cut into rings. Slice cheese

    Mix vinegar, 3 tablespoons of water, salt, pepper and oil. Mix all salad ingredients with the marinade. Spread pumpernickel with butter
