Mix sugar, salt, chili flakes and smoked peppers. Lightly beat the egg whites with a whisk. Stir in the spice mixture. Mix nuts, nibble mix and spiced egg white well.
Spread flat on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Roast one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ circulating air: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for 10-15 minutes. Take out and let cool down. Seal airtight until used up.
