Barbecue sandwich with sausages

Ingredients

  • 16 Grilled sausages (approx. 20 g each)
  • 4 Onions
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1/4 head Iceberg salad
  • 1 Ciabatta bread (approx. 300 g)

Directions

    Cut the sausages into slices. Peel onions and cut into thin rings. Heat oil in a pan. Fry sausages and onions for about 5 minutes while turning. Add barbecue sauce and bring to the boil.

    Clean and wash the peppers and cut them into thin rings. Clean, wash and tear salad into large pieces. Cut the ciabatta into quarters and halve lengthwise. Cover ciabatta with salad, sausage-onion sauce and paprika.
