Ingredients

  • 8 discs farmhouse bread
  • 8 discs Bacon
  • 100 g Cream cheese double cream
  • 75 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 curly red tomatoes
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil for the pan
  • 8 Eggs (size S)
  • 1/4 collar Chives
  • 8 discs cooked ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Fry the bread in a large pan in portions on both sides. Leave the bacon out in another pan until crispy. Mix cream cheese, yoghurt and mustard, season with salt and pepper. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes.

    Thinly coat a coated pan with oil, heat it up and fry the eggs in 2 portions to make fried eggs. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Spread breads with the cream cheese, spread tomatoes, ham, bacon and fried eggs on top, sprinkle with chives and pepper.
