Peel garlic, chop very finely and mix with oil. Cut whole bread into very thin slices. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of garlic oil on each of two baking trays and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of paprika powder on each.
Place the slices of bread close together. Spread with the remaining garlic oil and dust with the rest of the paprika powder. Roast one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 180 °C/gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 10 minutes. Let cool off.
