Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1/2 bunch Dill
  • 4 Stem/s Parsley
  • 1 bed Cress
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Mayonnaise
  • 2 TABLESPOONS spicy mustard
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lime juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cider vinegar
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash the dill and parsley and shake dry. Pluck flags and leaves from the stems. Cut cress from the bed. Chop the herbs finely.

    Mix mayonnaise, mustard, lime juice and vinegar. Add the oil. Stir in herbs and season with salt and pepper. Quantity results in approx. 250 ml or 6 portions.
