Ingredients

  • 2 kg Kasseler cutlet
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pfeffer, Tabasco, Salz
  • 3-4 Tbsp sugar (e.g. browner)
  • 3-4 Tbsp liquid honey
  • 2 Corn cobs (fresh or canned)
  • 1 can(s) (446 ml) Pineapple Rings
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter

Directions

    Wash the meat and pat dry. Score the top side crosswise. Season with pepper. Roast in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 1 3/4 hours. Pour on approx. 1/4 l water. Mix sugar, honey and Tabasco. Spread on the mixture approx. 30 minutes before the end of the roasting time

    Clean and wash the corn and cook it in boiling water for about 20 minutes (drain the corn from the tin)

    Drain the pineapple and cut into pieces. Cut the corncobs into slices. Fry both in hot butter while turning for about 5 minutes, salt. Arrange everything
