  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 1 jar(s) (425 ml; separation weight: 285 g) Vegetable corn
  • 100 g Emmental cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Clean, wash and chop the spring onions. Drain the corn. Cut cheese into thin slices. Put some corn grains, pieces of spring onion and a slice of cheese into a pan. Season with salt and pepper and gratinate under the raclette grill until the cheese has melted
