  • 3 Pears
  • 150 g Camembert
  • 80 g Cranberry compote

    Wash the pears, dab dry, quarter them and remove the core. Cut quarters into slices. Cut cheese into slices. Put some pear slices, cranberries and a slice of Camembert cheese in a pan and gratinate under the raclette grill.
