Wash the potatoes thoroughly and quarter them. Put them on a greased baking tray and sprinkle with salt. Bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 35-40 minutes.
Mix chili powder and oil. Grate cheese finely. Coat potatoes with chilli oil 10 minutes before the end of cooking time and sprinkle with cheese. Increase temperature to 225°C (gas: level 4). Arrange potatoes on a plate.
Sour Cream tastes good with it.
