Roast beef sandwich with radishes

Ingredients

  • 75 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 8 discs Farmhouse bread (approx. 50 g each)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Horseradish from the jar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Schmand
  • 3 large radishes
  • 8 discs Roast beef (approx. 40 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper from the mill

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain the lamb's lettuce. Toast bread. Mix horseradish and sour cream. Clean, wash and dice the radishes. Spread sour cream on half of the bread slices, add lamb's lettuce and roast beef, sprinkle with pepper and radishes. Cover with remaining slices of bread
