Wash dill, shake dry, pluck flags from the stems and chop finely except for a little to garnish. Mix honey, mustard and chopped dill. Halve and roast the bagels
Spread the lower half of the bagel thickly, the upper half thinly with honey-mustard sauce. Cover lower half with salmon and garnish with dill. Put a blob of honey-mustard sauce on top. Place the top of the bagel on top
