Ingredients

  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 1 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 1 knife tip Cinnamon
  • 2 TEASPOONS Vanillin sugar
  • 2 discs Wholemeal sandwich toast (à approx. 40 g)
  • 1 (approx. 125 g) small banana
  • 125 g Strawberries
  • 1 TEASPOON Peanut cream
  • 1/2 TEASPOON liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Mix milk, egg yolk, cinnamon and vanillin sugar. Drizzle the toast slices with it. Grease a coated pan with a little oil. Fry the toast slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, remove and let them cool down

    Peel and slice the banana. Wash and clean the strawberries and cut 2-3 pieces into slices. Spread a slice of bread with peanut cream and cover with banana slices. Put 1 slice of bread on top, cover with strawberry slices, arrange, drizzle with honey and decorate with mint. Add the rest of the strawberries
