Ingredients

  • 30 g Long grain rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 25 g Mung bean sprouts
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 50 g Deep-sea crab meat
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sambal Oelek
  • 1 Egg

Directions

    Cook the rice in 60 millilitres of boiling salted water for 15 to 20 minutes. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Clean, wash and slice spring onion. Wash and drain the sprouts. Heat oil in a pan.

    Fry the mushrooms, spring onions, crabs and sprouts. Mix in rice and fry. Season with soy sauce and sambal oelek. Arrange rice pan on a plate. Fry the egg in hot frying fat as a fried egg and place on the rice pan
