  • 4 TABLESPOONS Raspberry Jam
  • 125 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 16 (à 8 g) Lemon biscuits
  • 1 TABLESPOON Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp possibly fresh raspberries and mint

Directions

    Stir the jam until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff and allow the vanillin sugar to trickle in. Spread 1 teaspoon of jam on each half of the biscuits. Add 1 blob of whipped cream to each.

    Cover each with a biscuit taler and dust with icing sugar. If desired, decorate with fresh raspberries and mint.
