Ingredients

  • 350 g red currants
  • 500 g Raspberries
  • 1 l Cider
  • 150 ml Cassis liqueur
  • 1 l semi-dry white wine

Directions

    Wash the currants and pluck them from the panicles. Sort the raspberries. Put the currants, raspberries, cider and cassis in a large bowl and leave to stand for about 1 hour. Fill up with white wine before serving
