Campari peach marmalade

  • 5-6 ripe peaches (700 g)
  • 6-7 Oranges
  • 500 g "Extra jelly sugar."
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Campari

    Wash, halve and stone the peaches. Dice the flesh and weigh 500 g. Cut oranges in half. Squeeze juice and measure 400 ml

    Mix peaches, orange juice and jam sugar in a large pot. Bring to the boil while stirring. Then boil for at least 3 minutes while stirring continuously. Stir in Campari. Immediately pour into prepared twist-off glasses and close them
