Radish salad

Ingredients

  • 2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 1 TABLESPOON White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Olive oil
  • 25 g Radish sprouts, 200 g cleaned
  • 7-10 Tbsp Radishes
  • 200 g gesch. radish
  • 1 washer (45 g) Wholemeal bread

Directions

    Wash and chop the parsley. Mix with vinegar, 2 tablespoons of water, salt and pepper. Whip the oil into it. Wash the sprouts. Radishes in columns, radish in slices. Mix everything. Add bread.
