Radish radish salad with mustard dressing

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 eggs, 1 radish (approx. 700 g)
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Herb Vinegar
  • 2 TEASPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, 1 pinch of sugar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS oil, 1 bed of cress

Directions

    Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes. Then quench, peel. Peel radish, clean cucumber and radishes. Wash everything and slice or cut into thin slices

    Mix vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar. Whip the oil into the mixture. Chop the eggs. Fold into the marinade

    Mix the prepared salad ingredients and marinade, if necessary leave to stand briefly. Rinse cress, cut from the bed and sprinkle over it. Pretzels or pretzel sticks taste good with it
