Clean and wash the mushrooms and peppers. Halve mushrooms according to size, cut paprika and cheese into pieces. Wash the herbs and dab dry. Pluck parsley leaves from the stems. Cut chives into small rolls.
Mix oil and vinegar. Season with Tabasco, paprika, salt and pepper. Add the chives. Mix mushrooms, paprika, cheese and parsley with the marinade. Leave to stand for approx. 30 minutes
