Peel 2 grapefruits, cut into slices, possibly halve them. Clean and wash rocket and romaine lettuce and cut into strips. Cut feta cheese into small pieces, salami into thin slices. Roast pine nuts until golden brown. Arrange prepared ingredients and olives on a plate. For the vinaigrette, squeeze the rest of the grapefruit and limes.
Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Mix lime and grapefruit juice, onions and garlic. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Whip the oil into the mixture. Spread the vinaigrette over the salad. Serve garnished with slices of lime
