Roast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat and remove. Finely chop the seed mixture. Finely dice the feta. Mix cream cheese, feta and olive oil with the whisk of the hand mixer. Form 40 small chocolates with wet hands.
Turn 20 pralines in sesame, 20 pralines in seed mix. Wash the basil, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks. Place the pralines in basil leaves and arrange on a board.
