Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Romaine lettuce
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 75 g Bacon
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Peel the avocado, cut in half and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into small pieces. Clean the salad, cut into strips and wash. Drain. Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean, wash, quarter and seed the tomato. Cut the flesh into cubes.

    Cut bacon into strips and fry until crispy in a pan without fat. Remove from the pan. Pour oil and vinegar on the frying fat. Season with salt and pepper. Add onion and tomato cubes to the marinade. Mix the salad ingredients with the marinade
