Ham and corn salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Salad Mayonnaise
  • 2 (approx. 100 g; on the glass) small gherkins and 1-2 tablespoons cucumber water
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 can(s) (212 ml) Corn grains
  • 1 (100 g) thick slice of cooked ham
  • several sheets Lettuce (e.g. lettuce and lollo rosso)

Directions

    Mix mayonnaise and cucumber water. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain the corn. Cut cucumber into slices, ham into cubes. Fold everything into the salad dressing

    Wash the lettuce leaves, pluck into bite-sized pieces and arrange on 4 plates. Arrange the ham and corn salad on top

    If you don't want to buy extra mayonnaise: just replace it with yoghurt and a little oil. Instead of boiled ham, you can also use pork or pork sausage in your salad
