Sausage salad with pretzel croutons

Ingredients

  • 3 red onions
  • 2 red peppers
  • 4 Gherkins
  • 150 g Mountain cheese in slices (3-4 mm thick)
  • 200 g Mortadella sausage in slices (3-4 mm thick)
  • 5-6 Tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS sweet mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4-5 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 2 Pretzel

Directions

    Onions peel, halve. Clean the peppers, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut out the white. Wash and quarter the bell peppers. Cucumbers crosswise halve. Cut onions, paprika, cucumber, cheese and sausage into 3-4 cm long strips.

    Mix everything in a bowl.

    Mix 5 tablespoons vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir in 3 tbsp. oil. Wash chives, shake dry, cut into small rolls and stir in. Mix the mustard marinade with the sausage salad and add at least

    Leave to soak for 30 minutes.

    In the meantime cut the pretzel into cubes. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Roast the pretzel cubes in it while turning. Take out. Season the sausage salad again with salt, pepper and possibly vinegar.

    Fold in the pretzel cubes.
