Fresh salad with salami and cream cheese

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Bottled tomatoes
  • 400 g small zucchini
  • 1 Head romaine lettuce
  • 150 g Salami
  • 1 (200 g ) Mugs
  • 7-10 Tbsp granular cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli powder
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 collar Chives

Directions

    Clean and wash the tomatoes and zucchini. Slice the tomatoes and zucchini, preferably in long, thin strips (raw vegetable slicer). Clean and wash the lettuce and pluck into bite-sized pieces.

    Cut salami into small pieces. Arrange prepared ingredients on plates. For the cream, season cream cheese with salt, chilli powder and lemon juice. Wash the chives, cut into small rolls and sprinkle over the salad.

    Pour a little cream over the salad. Arrange the rest in a bowl and sprinkle with chilli powder.
