Ingredients

  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sherry Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Walnut oil
  • 1 Lettuce
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 180 g curled strips
  • 125 g black olives

Directions

    For the vinaigrette, mix the vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Beat the oil with a whisk. Clean and wash lettuce, dab dry and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Clean, wash and halve the radishes. Wash, halve and slice the cucumber. Cut the curled strips diagonally into slices. Mix lettuce, radishes, cucumber, curled strips of smoked dogfish and olives, pour the vinaigrette over them and arrange in a bowl.
