Pasta salad with carrots, peas, cooked ham and herb-yoghurt sauce

Ingredients

  • 30 g frozen peas
  • 75 g Spiral noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 (50 g) Carrot
  • 1 (30 g) Shallot
  • 2 stem(s) Dill and parsley
  • 1 washer (40 g) Cooked ham
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Defrost the peas. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Peel and wash the carrot, cut it in half lengthwise and cut into very fine slices. Peel shallot and cut into very fine cubes.

    Wash the herbs, dab dry and chop finely. Cut cooked ham into cubes. Put everything together with yoghurt and peas in a bowl and mix. Season to taste with salt and pepper
