Quinoa Taboulé with strawberries

Ingredients

  • 500 g Quinoa
  • 2 piece(s) Tomatoes
  • 1 half Cucumber
  • 10 piece(s) Strawberries
  • 1 small bunch Parsley
  • 1 small bunch Mint
  • 1 half red onion
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 2 piece(s) Lemons

Directions

    Peel and chop the red onion. Wash the cucumber, tomatoes and strawberries and cut each into small cubes (approx. 1 cm wide). Then wash and chop the parsley and mint. Prepare the quinoa according to the instructions on the packet and then leave to cool. Then mix the quinoa with the tomatoes, cucumber, strawberries, onion and herbs. Add olive oil and the juice of the limes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
