Wash the salad, shake dry. Grate cheese roughly. Mix pulled pork, BBQ sauce and cheese. Coat slices of bread with mustard. Distribute meat mixture and salad on 2 slices, finish with remaining slices. Heat half of the butter in a pan and fry the sandwiches for about 2 minutes on each side. Cut the finished sandwiches in half.
Tip: A pot weights the sandwich and ensures the best contact between bread and pan. This way it gets really crispy!
