Ingredients

  • 8 Chicken drumsticks
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 250 g Mienuddles
  • 1 can(s) Bamboo shoots (in strips; 170 g drained weight each)
  • 1 small stick of leek
  • 1 red pepper
  • 250 g Mini-Pak-Choi
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sesame
  • 3 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sriracha (hot chili sauce)

Directions

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 180 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Line a baking tray with baking paper. Wash the legs, pat dry, season with salt and pepper and spread on the baking tray. Bake in a hot oven for about 45 minutes.

    Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain the sprouts. Clean, wash and cut leek into rings. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Clean, wash and cut Pak Choi into quarters.

    Mix sesame seeds and honey and spread on the legs. Heat oil in a large pan. Fry the vegetables for about 3 minutes. Season with soy sauce and Sriracha. Mix in the noodles and fry briefly. Arrange noodles and legs.
