Defrost the raspberries. Wash the salad, drain well and mix with berries and orange fillets. Mix vinegar, salt and pepper. Add 1 tablespoon of oil. Pour marinade over the salad.
Dice bread. Wash liver, pat dry. Fry in the remaining oil in a coated pan for about 5 minutes, season. Fry the bread cubes in the frying fat. Arrange everything on a plate.
