Ingredients

  • 750 g new potatoes
  • 250 g small mushrooms
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 3 discs (200 g each) Pork neck steaks
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 Bag of gourmet onion soup
  • 200 g Whipped cream

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut into thick slices. Clean and sanitize the mushrooms. Clean and wash spring onion. Cut a small piece of spring onion into diagonal slices and put aside. Finely dice the remaining spring onions.

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into large pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan. Brown the meat all around. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and remove. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan and heat. Fry the potatoes for about 10 minutes, turning them over. Add mushrooms and diced spring onions after about 5 minutes. Sprinkle onion soup powder on top, deglaze with cream and 250 ml water and bring to the boil. Add the meat and cook covered over a low heat for about 10 minutes.
