Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) peeled tomatoes
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Italian pizza spice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 packages Delicious tomato sauce
  • 8 Pork cutlet (approx. 150 g each)
  • 150 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs
  • 150 g thin slices of cooked ham
  • 4 (125 g each) balls of mozzarella cheese
  • 2 stem(s) Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh herbs

Directions

    For the sauce, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash, clean and slice the mushrooms. Puree canned tomatoes. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Fry garlic and onion in it. Add mushrooms and fry them.

    Add tomato puree. Season with pizza spice, salt and pepper, bring to the boil. Stir in sauce powder and cook for 1 minute. Wash the schnitzel and dab dry. Heat the remaining olive oil. Fry escalopes in it from each side at high heat for 1-2 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Place them close together on a tray. Sprinkle with parmesan and breadcrumbs. Place slices of ham on top. Heat the sauce briefly and spread it over the meat by the spoonful. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 60 minutes. In the meantime, drain mozzarella well and cut into slices.

    Sprinkle with parmesan and breadcrumbs. Place slices of ham on top. Heat the sauce briefly and spread it over the meat by the spoonful. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 60 minutes. In the meantime, drain mozzarella well and cut into slices. Cover the schnitzel pizza with mozzarella and bake for another 10 minutes in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ gas: level 4). Wash and chop the basil and sprinkle over it. Serve garnished with fresh herbs
