Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 800 g Pork goulash
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 300 g Onions
  • 1 large red, yellow and green peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley

Directions

    Cut the meat a little smaller and fry in portions in hot oil. Peel onions and cut into slices. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Put the meat back into the roaster. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add onions and paprika pieces to the meat. Briefly sauté.

    Add tomato paste and flour. Deglaze with 3/4 litre water and bring to the boil. Cover and cook for about 1 1/4 hours. Season paprika goulash to taste again. Wash the parsley and chop it, except for a little bit for garnishing, and sprinkle it over the goulash. Garnish with parsley. Ribbon noodles taste good with it
