Ingredients

  • 8 Pork ribs (about 100 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato ketchup
  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 package (450 g) frozen potato balls
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 2 can(s) (425 ml each; separation weight: 350 g) Asian herb
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

    Wash the meat, dab dry and season with salt and pepper. Place the ribs on one half of the baking tray and bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C / gas: level 3) for approx. 40 minutes. In the meantime mix ketchup and honey and season with cayenne pepper and paprika. After half the baking time, brush the ribs with the honey and ketchup mixture and place the potato balls on the baking tray.

    Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into rings. Heat oil in a pan, add spring onions and fry briefly. Add the sauerkraut and let everything braise for about 4 minutes. Serve the sauerkraut, ribs and croquettes on a plate garnished with parsley
