Ingredients

  • 8 Pork ribs
  • 7-10 Tbsp (à ca. 125 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 3 Onions
  • 1 kg Savoy cabbage
  • 50 g Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/4 l clear broth (instant)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS dark sauce thickener
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS grainy mustard

Directions

    Wash the ribs and pat them dry. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Fry on both sides in hot oil. Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes. After 10 minutes coat with honey.

    Onions peel, in columns cut. Clean and wash the savoy cabbage and cut into thin strips. Melt the fat in a pot. Fry onions in it until transparent. Add savoy cabbage and 100 ml water. Season with salt and pepper.

    Cook for about 10 minutes, turning. In the meantime, deglaze ribs with stock and bring to the boil. Stir in sauce thickener. Season to taste with salt, pepper and mustard. Arrange everything together and serve.
