Peel the onion, potatoes and soup vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Sauté the onions with clarified butter in a saucepan, fill up with the meat stock, add the marjoram twigs, potatoes ? and pieces of vegetables, bring everything to the boil once and then let it simmer with closed lid for about 30 minutes.
Remove the marjoram, add the cream, mix the soup with a blender and possibly pass through a sieve. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
