Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork tenderloin
  • 1 collar Rosemary
  • 1 TABLESPOON clarified butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Kitchen yarn

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into medallions. Wash the rosemary, pat dry and wrap one stem with kitchen string around each medallion. Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry the medallions on each side for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and keep warm
