  • 500 g small, new potatoes
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS clarified butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

    Cook the potatoes in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Drain potatoes, rinse and peel. Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry the potatoes in it until golden brown. Season with salt
