Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg Potatoes
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1/8 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil

    Wash the potatoes and cook for about 20 minutes. Peel and let cool off. Clean and wash spring onions and peppers and cut them into thin rings or cubes, potatoes into slices. Mix stock, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Whip oil into it. Mix potato slices, spring onions and paprika. Pour vinegar-oil marinade over it and let it stand for about 1 hour
