Grease an ovenproof dish (approx. 17 x 23 cm). Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain the noodles, rinse and put them into the casserole dish. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Grate cheese. Mix milk and eggs in a bowl. Add spring onions and 2/3 of the cheese and mix.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over the noodles. Wash cherry tomatoes, grate dry, cut in half and spread on the pasta. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for 20-25 minutes. Clean and wash the chives and cut into diagonal rolls. Remove the casserole from the oven, sprinkle with chives and serve immediately
