Potato sausage salad

Ingredients

  • 250 g cook hard. Potatoes
  • 1/2 bunch Radishes
  • 1 Gherkin and 2 tbsp. cucumber stock (glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives
  • 30 g fettred. Poultry sausage (e.g. mortadella)
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Salad cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp with olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons (75 g) Lean yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook covered for about 20 minutes. quench, peel and let cool down

    Clean and wash the radishes and cut them into thin slices. Cut cucumber into slices. Wash the chives and chop finely, except for a little bit. Cut sausage into sticks. Roughly dice potatoes

    Stir the salad cream, yoghurt and cucumber stock until smooth and season to taste. Mix with the remaining salad ingredients and leave to stand for approx. 30 minutes

    Clean, wash and drain the salad. Line a plate with it, arrange potato salad on top. Garnish with the rest of the chives
