Ingredients

  • 50 g Shrimps (frozen or in brine)
  • 1 TEASPOON White wine vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS sweet-sour Asian sauce
  • 1 TEASPOON Soy sauce
  • 1 knife tip Sambal Oelek
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley
  • 1 lettuce heart or 1 mini romaine lettuce
  • 50 g Sweet peas
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 (50 g) Wholemeal bread roll

Directions

    Defrost frozen shrimp. Mix vinegar, asian-, soy sauce, Sambal Oelek, salt and pepper. Wash and chop parsley and stir into the sauce

    Clean or peel and wash the salad and vegetables. Cut lettuce and mangetouts into strips, radish and carrot into thin slices, spring onion into fine rolls

  3. 3

    Rinse shrimps briefly and pat dry. Mix with the prepared salad ingredients and the sauce. Add the bread rolls
